May I please introduce myself to you.
My name is Kris Schouteden, I’m a 36-year-old woman living in Belgium (Gruitrode – Limburg), speaking Dutch, French, English and German.
As a Management Assistant the focus of my main tasks was organizing, planning and arranging in the fields of general assistance, communication, travel and events.
In my latest job I was working as a Executive Assistant at one of the logistics distribution centers of an American multinational called Medtronic. Unfortunately, our site in Belgium where approximately 450 people have been employed has closed down the activities on the 30th of June 2018. With a small group of colleagues, I have been assisting in handling the closure for 3 more months until the 30th of September 2018.
During these last months I have been involved in and occupied with the finalization, meetings, arrangements, … of the closure. Due to the extra workload in this period I wanted to focus on these last months within the company in order to fulfill the last expectations of our management team and director and to be able to end my career within this company in the same flexible, motivated and driven way as I had been doing before.
Although I didn't have a lot time to apply for any jobs properly I was already looking for new possibilities and thinking about my new and future job-of-my-life. On October 1st I already started as a Management Assistant / Head of Administration for a new employer.
In my search I realized that I didn’t want to make that much changes and I already loved what I was doing, however I came to the conclusion that I wanted to take my profession to a next level. Therefore I’m recently looking for a new challenging opportunity.
Since I now still have the possibility to go for a change I would like to seize the opportunity to broaden my horizons and I'm eager grow as a Personal Assistant (Private Personal Assistant / Travelling Personal Assistant).
I'm goal-oriented, hands-on, flexible and used to working under pressure and with deadlines.
