Within the term of the agreement and with all stakeholders involved, acting Estate manager, the following have been developed:
• An implementation of reporting structure to create and share annual P&L and Capex budget, approved by Stakeholders and to monitor and report on performance on a regular basis, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• A Maintenance and refurbishment program, a development program for the properties with timescales and cost estimates
Which involved:
• Overseed the local maintenance, Management, contents, facilities, and equipment, including sourcing new staff.
• Set and priced, booked terms and conditions and potential collaboration with the appointed PR company in the UK, whom in charge of marketing, sales, and business development
• Designed and implemented of a clear service proposition.
• Built and managed and developed local team on site on each property, so that operations are delivered as planned and according to budget.
• Ensured that sustainability on the property has met the UBO expectation.
Also, assessing compliance check with relevant laws and regulations: health& safety, taxation, licensing, employment.
And Reporting of any risk, problems and or opportunities to the Management company and the UBO in line with the responsibility assigned.
Properties based outside Europe with regular and extensive travel, with a renovation program od over 10Millions Dollars, an Asset value over 5Millions USD on 11. 5 acres, 6 buildings.
Other properties Europe base with regular travel, essentially targeted to a commercial use, price 15, 000 Per day, an asset value over 10. 5Million Euros – Unit of 1500m2 + Garden.
Previous assignments (among last 25 years) also included properties in the Hamptons (USA), a Farm with Equine Management in Perth (AUS), Central London properties and Cottage in Ascot with Polo Field, a large range of Luxurious Cars, handling crew and plane (Falcon & Challenger) as well as a helicopter to touch & go land base on Vessel ….
