To whom it may concern. I am a House and Multiple Property Manager with Butler and Chauffeuring skills who has now gained over 20 years’ experience in private residences. I am Physically fit, Healty and a passionate golfer. I have lived and worked in London in the past for a nine year period where I was involved mainly in construction but also managed licensed public houses and small cafe style Restaurants. My life in private service began in Ireland in 1997 at Lismore Castle Estate, the Irish home of his Grace the Duke of Devonshire. My past experience in construction has proven to be invaluable throughout my present career as this has allowed me a solid understanding of property maintenance and dealings with trades people and general maintenance issues and contracts. I have a sound knowledge of plant room maintenance and Swimming pool care, with general Handyman capabilities.
