Trained chef, with almost 20 years experience, including 10 years on yachts, and before freelancing for LENOTRE and HEDIARD. Areas of work have included France ( Brittany, Paris, French Riviera ), Spain, ENgland, USA ( NYC ), Lapland, Dubai and Moscow.
I can perform both on private and Charter yachts. I’m from French culture and practised mainly the Mediterranean style. On the request of guests I cooked asian, veggie and vegan, full kosher, indian, Lebanese and different food diets ( gluten free, macrobiotic, etc. . . ).
I put the emphasis on listening guests wishes, and exceeding their requirements
