PRIVATE HOUSEKEEPERS REQUIRED – UHNW PRIVATE RESIDENCES

We are seeking two experienced, professional and highly detail-oriented Housekeepers to support the ongoing upkeep and presentation of three luxury private residences in Paris belonging to an international UHNW client.
These are full-time permanent positions working within a highly discreet and professionally managed environment. Although the residences are not occupied on a daily basis, they must be maintained in immaculate condition and in a constant state of readiness for the client and guests at all times.
The properties are maintained to exceptionally high standards and therefore require candidates with previous experience within luxury private households, formal residences, embassies, yachts or five-star hospitality environments.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Position 1 – Senior Housekeeper (LC Apartment)
• One dedicated full-time Housekeeper
• Responsible for a large luxury apartment
• 5 days per week
• Sole responsibility for maintaining the property to exceptional standards
Position 2 – Housekeeper (MALA & LOU Apartments)
• One full-time Housekeeper responsible for two smaller apartments located within the same building
• 5 days per week
• Responsible for the upkeep, presentation and readiness of both residences
Key Responsibilities
• Full housekeeping duties throughout the residences
• Detailed cleaning and meticulous presentation of all rooms and surfaces
• Care of luxury interiors, marble, specialist materials, fine furnishings and delicate finishes
• High-level laundry, ironing and garment care
• Bed preparation, linen management and wardrobe organisation
• Ensuring all residences remain guest-ready at all times
• Conducting regular inspections to maintain presentation standards
• Monitoring household supplies and reporting replenishment requirements
• Reporting maintenance concerns promptly and accurately
• Working professionally alongside resident security personnel stationed at each location
• Maintaining complete discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Working independently with minimal supervision
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience within UHNW private households, luxury hotels, embassies or similar high-standard environments
• Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Trustworthy, discreet and highly professional
• Calm and efficient working style
• English speaking essential (fluency not required, but a good working level is important)
• French language skills beneficial but not essential
• Legal right to work in France
Position Details
