With over 20 years of working experience in banking and finance in Frankfurt and London I would like to offer my experience as assistant and apply for the position Administrative Assistant in Monaco.
I have profound knowledge in various business divisions within the industry. Experienced as personal assistant, I am able to support on executive level. I have the capacity to work concentrated and fast, also when working in a high-pressure environment. Working for many years on trading floors, I am used to deliver best results and meet deadlines. I am a strong team player but also able to work on own projects.
My last position as Sales Specialist at Deutsche Bank Frankfurt, I was used to execute and book high value deposits for corporate and institutional clients. I closely interacted with key stakeholders in different business divisions and was leading various projects regarding digitalization, optimization and quality assurance. For several years I was also responsible for Equitiy Derivative documentation, working closely together with internal stakeholders such as Sales and Legal as well as external clients.
At Goldman Sachs, Frankfurt I was a Personal Assistant to Managing Directors and a Senior Office Manager in Equity Sales. I can handle everything from managing complex schedules to organizing high-stakes meetings, coordinating travel and organizing events.
I have lived for many years in Nice and know the region Alpes Provence-Côte-d’Azur very well. In 2022 I have moved to Ventimiglia, IM, Italy to expand my language skills. My native language is German and I speak fluent English, French and basic Italian.
I have a professional appearance, I am pro-active and always go a „further mile“ to make business grow. I have good social and communication skills, are adaptable, quick-thinking, and able to manage multiple priorities. I am available for interviews and I could start the position immediately.
