My name is Corinne and I'm the mother of 2 grown-up children aged 25 and 23. So I know what it's like to raise and educate children, to lead them along their path.
After my studies (several diplomas, including a Master's degree), I entered working life as an Executive Assistant to various CEOs. These experiences enabled me to confirm my rigor and sense of organization, a place for everything and everything in its place, but also to develop high-level interpersonal skills and a certain agility in handling files.
I then went on to gain 20 years' experience in Human Resources in various business sectors, covering recruitment, training, pedagogy and employer branding. You can't come into HR without making a connection with people. I'm pretty easy to talk to. I've met several hundred people in a wide variety of contexts. This has enabled me to develop my negotiating skills, my autonomy and to take on more and more responsibility. I've continued to develop my interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of confidentiality, observation and analysis.
I always try to find an answer to a problem and find a solution, because I'm very customer satisfaction-oriented and my perfectionist side pushes me to aim for excellence in all circumstances.
I am fluent in English. On the other hand, I used to have a very good level of German, but when I stopped practicing it, I lost it, but I know it'll come back quickly. And my Spanish is stammering, but likewise, I'd have to practice it to be a little more at ease. And I had started Chinese and Japanese, but due to a lack of participants, the courses stopped.
