Allergies, dietary requirements, I have experience of all, with recipes that mean you don't miss out on the sweet desserts, I've been told my gluten free cakes are as good as any!
I respect a clients privacy if this is what they wish, though I'm a very approachable chef who is extremely flexible and can work well with last minute changes to the itinerary.
