I am half Finnish and English. My big passion in life is cooking. I have worked most of my career in different Michelin-starred restaurants. I have done a stage at what is considered to be the best restaurant of all time, Noma. I have worked and lived in many countries including Spain, Denmark, Finland, the UK and now I have finally decided to move to the beautiful France with my girlfriend.
I love hosting people and seeing the emotion great food can create. I cook to make people happy and to give them a great experience. My style of cooking is focused on delicious flavors but also the technique I have learned in all the different places I have been.
