My name is Simon, 41 years old, I have been working in the hotel industry for many years as a manager.
For 10 years now, I am more into the "cuisine" : as a chef in my own restaurant during five years and since 2015 as a chef for private guests in villa or chalet.
My cuisine tells about my experiences all over the world, I can prepare a sea food "pot au feu" with some thai spices inspired from trips in Eastern Asia or prepare a roasted mango with Tahitian vanilla. . . . but I also love to cook fine mediterrenean and french cuisine. .
