● Manager of a luxury chalet in Verbier. I confidently liaised with the guests to make sure their requirements and expectations were met throughout the week, going above and beyond to ensure the holiday ran smoothly. I achieved the award for most valued chalet host 2023 and received weekly excellent feedback from my clients. As a manager I assisted with bookings, concierge and would responsibly handle the billing and invoices at the end of the holiday. I was confident when managing my team, ensuring a clear line of communication between us whilst maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere in the chalet.

● I co-ran the reception of the local surf school in Mawgan Porth. My responsibilities included taking bookings and payments, creating the rota and allocating lessons by liaising with the instructors. I would also organise the surf groups based on the ability of the client, and the qualification of the instructors. I would answer emails and phone calls, providing customers with the necessary information and answers to prepare them for their lesson. I also was in charge of the general upkeep of the office.

Grovemead Health Centre, London - Covid 19 Vaccine Volunteer
● Volunteering at the reception of a local surgery in London to help with the check in of patients for their Covid-19
Vaccination. I’d politely ask patients to fill out relevant forms and would then file these appropriately. I ensured the safety of patients and staff by manning the queue and made sure social distancing was maintained at all times, whilst offering general help where it was needed.

Splendid Catering, London - Senior Waitress/Supervisor
● Working at large scale events and venues in London, including the V&A Museum and the National History Museum. I performed a range of different jobs, most importantly the welcoming of guests to the venues as well as providing them with information about the event. I also assisted with the set-up and break-down of the event. It was vital to always keep a positive attitude during this role and remain polite at all times.

Club Vass, Vassiliki - Childrens Playgroup Manager
● Organising daily activities for groups of children on their holiday. I ran daily afternoon painting sessions for the children and discussed different artists and art movements to help inspire their work. I would confidently communicate the daily plan to parents and guardians, and professionally discuss any arising issues with them, efficiently providing a well considered solution. The role included administrating forms for the guardians to complete and I made sure to keep all relevant documents up to date and in order.

● As an art teaching assistant I shared my knowledge of the subject by performing one to one tutorials with the GCSE and A Level students, advising them to research various artists to inform their projects and help develop their skills further. I also ran daily art classes and encouraged the students to be creative and original whilst demonstrating a high level of competence and professionalism.
