With over eight years of experience as an operationnal manager and trusted right-hand to the directors of a high-end family resort, I started to build my carreer around personnalized service, discretion, and reliability. My role has always been to ensure that every detail (from operations to guest experience) runs smoothly.
I am very versatile and hands-on professional. I act as the link between various departments (kitchen, service, kids club, housekeeping, groundskeeping, suppliers. . . ). Working in a luxury resort also required different personal asset such as organization, empathy attention to details, In order to deal with confidential guest’s requests and personals informations, analyzing situations and maximize efficiency.
Fluent in French (native) and English, I am comfortable in intercultural settings and deeply motivated to put my skills and my work ethic in good use for a private family residence.
