I am an Italian woman passionate about hospitality in all its meanings. I am reliable, discreet and professional. My many years spent in this industry and in luxurious contexts make me a valuable asset for a private family looking for a responsible house manager or similar roles. I am well organized and have good leadership skills. I perform well under stress, make quick decisions and am keen to solve problems analyzing various possible solutions and their consequences, keeping in mind the bigger picture. In my years as train manager on the Orient Express I covered among others the role of guest relation manager, making sure all our guests were happy with their experience, handling their requests and finding ways to exceed their expectations. My personal passion is cooking and am very good at that. I run a catering company with my family and we had IBM, Alcon Spa, Zeiss in Rome and Ornella Muti among our clients, for some of whom I cooked as personal chef.
