negotiating capacities. As well as increased my knowledge in the area of
constructions and the legal regulations in France.
When employed as a House Manager/Head Housekeeper my duties included all aspects
of a day to day running of luxurious properties. Administrations, creating reports
and budget planning to ensure the house is well-stocked. Keeping stalks,
properly recording and accounting for all items. Organisation and managing
schedules while supervising work of different teams to deliver consistently high
levels of customer service and efficient maintenance to keep property in perfect
condition and immaculately-presented all the time. Planning and managing long
terme renovation projects and dealing with construction companies.
My experience also includes PA skills with managing social calendars, appointments
and dealing with travel arrangements.
Good communication and perfect organisation is essential in my job.
I am able to maintain a cool head under pressure and deal with numerous tasks
at one time thanks to high managing skills. In addition to being strategic and
practically minded, being creative helps me with fast and efficient problem solving.
Extensive knowledge of the region and local markets allows me to ensure that
guests get the best service and products responding to their needs.
Furthermore, my studies in fine arts and fashion design helped me to develop a very
good eye for details as also gave me the knowledge of treatment of delicate and
fine materials, garderobe and items. My artistic and aesthetic sense I happily use
in the tables preparations and decorations as well as in my cuisine. Cooking is my
passion, during the years when employed at multiple houses and luxury yachts I have
had the chance to deepen my knowledge in this area. Today I offer a wide variety
of french and international dishes and desserts, carefully presented and prepared
on the basis of a healthy and balanced diet.
Ideally, I find myself as a part of a team but also enjoy working independently.
