I obtained a Diploma with Merit at the World’s toughest butler course at the International Butler Academy, based in The Netherlands. During this course, I have covered a wide range of household management duties, including:
• Formal food and drink service to the highest standards; etiquette and protocol.
• Anticipation and fulfillment of all the employer's needs, promptly and efficiently.
• Monitoring the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the household.
• Coordinating household budgets and inventories.
• Carrying out all aspects of staff management, from timekeeping and efficiency to personal attire and grooming standards.
This training provided both in-depth technical knowledge and real-world experience gained in a realistic household setting.
