I am a confident and enthusiastic Hospitality Manager with over fifteen years of experience within the food industry. Two years ago, the company I work for brought their unique three-room suite onboard a commercial aircraft ; I was part of the team that developped it and the training of their new Butlers.
I am accustomed to work in a highly-pressure environment where attention to detail and discretion are essential.
Whenever the company have high profile guests flying the Residence, I am responsible for making sure all arrangements are in place prior the flight, plan both the in-flight and after-flight itinerary according to personal preferences, coordinate the work of the crew and the chef in the aircraft.
This role requires a high degree of professionalism, maturity, loyalty, confidentiality and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
I pride myself on my ability to deal with pressure and multi-task with a positive and flexible attitude.
A proactive team member who can also work independently, I always aim to go above and beyond my set duties to ensure the best systems are in place to allow the organisation to function as efficiently as possible.
I have enjoyed my work at Etihad Airways enormously but I am now seeking to transfer my considerable skills and experience to a Private Household.
