Let me introduce myself. My name is Jana and I come from Slovakia (EU country). I have graduated from The secondary school of print technologies, the only school of its kind in the country, so the written word is very close to me. After taking courses at a language school in Soho, London, and spending extensive time abroad, I have also received a certificate from The British Council in Bratislava, Slovakia.
I know first hand life is filled with projects everyone has to deal with on everyday bases. I’m a mature, reliable, responsible, organized, yet an easy going person who can take a huge load of responsibilities off your shoulders, so you can have the peace of mind and the time for other things in your life as well. I take my job seriously, with attention to detail. Keeping your precious ones in a safe, yet fun environment my first priority. Smoking is not a part of my life and I‘ve driven for over ten years with no accident (PLEASE, NOTE that all the cars I've ever driven have had an automatic transmission, although I'm open to relearning a manual. I haven’t driven in the UK). Although I'm not a chef, I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I have over ten years of experience of taking care of children and their families under my belt. I have lived and worked in Great Britain, The United States and Switzerland, where I have taken care of children of various ages, starting from the time they were born until about the age of 16, as well as all the households.
Addition to, for several years I've worked at different companies in the print/design industry in various areas and positions, where I've gained skills focused on speed and precision as well as fast thinking and ability to find new ways of solving problems in unexpected situations. Kids, other family members, dealing with other staff or services, driving, shopping, cleaning, laundry, ironing, washing cars, feeding, walking and grooming dogs and cats, organizing a small room or a whole house, I've done it all. If it's not on the list, I can probably learn it.
I enjoy the sea as much as the mountains, yoga, swimming, sightseeing, movies, new people as much as my old friends and family. I love seeing new places and learning about new cultures, so I’m happy to travel with you if you need me to or choose to do so. I’m flexible, although I would like some holidays off. I prefer weekends off (or two consecutive days a week), but I also consider other offers. I’m looking at starting in August 2020 and I could stay for as little as one month going onwards.
