Bonjour,
My name is Corentin and I am a 30 years old professional French manny/governor looking for his next long-term placement.
After more than 10 years spent around the world (New-York, Melbourne, Doha, Firenze, Paris, Stockholm, London, India & Nepal. . . ) taking care of and educating wonderful children, I hope to meet a new family and amazing little ones with whom I can
share my experiences and build up some fantastic and memorable moments while helping them to grow up into healthy, confident & smart young women and men.
I have always been passionate about my work and being around children has always been a calling: I began taking care of them as a football coach (up until this day), then as a kindergarten and primary school teacher assistant handling a classroom of 10 kids aged
from 3 to 6 years old, then outside of my country as a manny/governor/French tutor taking care of girls and boys from 6 months old to 15 years old.
Through arts, crafts, music, sports, theatre, outings or more “formal” lessons, I have always tried to open up the mind of these boys and girls in order for them to understand the world we live in and be able to think for themselves too. Knowing only too
well that education is the most precious of gift (I work for UNICEF as a consultant for various missions abroad during my spare time), creating a safe, stimulating, creative and accessible environment for the children has always been my first priority.
I am a very active (lots of sports especially football, bike and hike) and curious (tons of travels, days out to museums, cinema. . . ) person.
Despite my young age, I am extremely responsible, mature and organized as well as being a simple young man, always respectful, polite, and courteous: strong values that I share daily with the children I take care of.
I have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, being part of a team is therefore a real pleasure for me.
In every single families I helped until now, I bonded very quickly and strongly with the children who considered me after a short period of time as their big brother, a role model they could look after. And the same goes with all my previous employers who quickly saw as a valuable asset to their family and with whom I have great relationships based on communication and trust.
