All my life, I have loved cooking and making people happy with it. Throughout my rich career, I have seen and experienced a lot. (Michelin & Gault Millau awarded) Restaurants, brasseries, fine and private dining, events. . . I have also had the opportunity to compete in high-quality cooking competitions against the best chefs. However, the experiences and moments that stay with me the most are those where you have personal contact with the customer. I have had a wonderful experience as a private chef cooking for over 2, 5 years for a family living in the Antwerp area (Belgium) who spent spring and summer in Monaco and also had a vacation home in the Netherlands. I was in charge of two other chefs there and handled everything related to organization, planning, menu, and logistics. This family was very demanding in terms of hygiene, and meals always had to be gluten-free. For some family members, meals also had to be free of lactose, eggs, etc. This always posed a challenge, but almost always, I succeeded in presenting an equally delicious or sometimes even better meal. Being a private chef gives me a lot of satisfaction because I am someone who needs challenges to prove myself every time. After 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, I can still perform with the same drive. I have a natural style of cooking and a healthy but tasty aproach in general. I am a chef trained in classic French cooking but i also love Italian, Mediterranean, Asian and other cuisines. Your food is my passion.
