A chef with over 20 years of experience, knowledge of cuisines from all around the globe. With a large repertoire of Asian, french, Italian and English. Also very knowledgeable of Artisan style breads including sourdough. Working with private families is a speciality, providing bespoke menus daily.
Allergies, dietary requirements, I have experience of all, with recipes that mean you don't miss out on the sweet desserts, I've been told my gluten free cakes are as good as any!
I respect a clients privacy if this is what they wish, though I'm a very approachable chef who is extremely flexible and can work well with last minute changes to the itinerary.
