MISSION

We are looking for a reliable and stable Personal Assistant / Caregiver to support a private individual with reduced mobility in her daily life.

The role focuses on assistance with getting up and going to bed, daily care, and maintaining structured routines. This is a hands-on position requiring discretion, emotional stability, a strong sense of responsibility, and adaptability.

The schedule is split between morning and late evening, with free time during the day. The role includes a live-in arrangement and occasional travel within Switzerland and internationally.

IMPORTANT

This position involves:
– daily close proximity (live-in role)
– intimate care assistance
– split schedule (morning and late evening, including late hours)

RESPONSIBILITIES

– Full assistance with getting up and going to bed (bed-to-wheelchair transfers, positioning, hygiene, dressing)
– Support with personal care and daily routines
– Organization of the daily environment and light housekeeping
– Assistance during outings and travel

PROFILE

– Emotionally stable, calm and composed
– Reliable, consistent and discreet
– Comfortable with intimate care
– Flexible and adaptable to a structured but evolving environment
– Able to respect boundaries and follow routines
– Good physical condition

Experience in private households, care, or hospitality is appreciated but not required.

French or Spanish is a plus.

CONDITIONS

– Full-time permanent contract (100% – 42 hours/week)
– Location: Cully (VD), Switzerland
– Salary: CHF 3, 800 gross + accommodation
– Typical schedule: 10:00 – 14:00 / 22:00 – 02:00 (including weekends)
– 6 weeks of paid vacation per year
