I am a French chef who has been training for 20 years around the world, with some of the most renowned Michelin star chefs, to learn the best technics and recipes. My training and experience give me the skills to deliver the best food with a great sense of service to my guests in a restaurant or a private house.
My purpose is always to take care of my guests, sharing with them the passion and joy I have cooking. I strive for excellence in everything I do while my main aim is to provide emotion and pleasure through simple food prepared with precision.
My various experiences give me a great flexibility in term of services I can provide and food I can serve. I am interested in all sort of food and diets, being able to provide meals according to allergies, preferences, religious restrictions.
My food is mostly healthy, light, tasty and always colourful.
I like to prepare salad, grilled meat, baked fish Mediterranean style, and light cakes for dessert.
