My professional experience includes working in several hotels and restaurants, mainly in the kitchen, where I developed rigor, organization, and attention to detail. I also had the opportunity to work at the prestigious L’Apogée Palace in Courchevel, which allowed me to refine my skills in a demanding luxury environment.
