The opportunity to live and work in many parts of the globe, serve embassies, UHNW individuals, world leaders and royalty, absorbing the culinary heritage of many cuisines combined with an Eurasian background, has deeply affected my approach to food.
Having dedicated my 24+ years career to the exploration of different culinary styles and creatively using the best ingredients and sustainable methods to prepare healthy balanced meals, I am excited by the prospect of working with principals with the same outlook.
Having worked in every role in the F&B sector has instilled a level of flexibility and adaptability to every facet of service as well as in private or formal households. I have run my own catering business and restaurant earning a Gault & Millau toque for the past 8 years.
