My name is Jessica, and I'm currently working as a Head Chef in Paris. Since arriving in France, I've had the opportunity to open two restaurants, develop menus, manage teams, and so on.

I also worked in Norway as a Chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant. I have experience as an Executive Chef, having managed several companies throughout in Latin America.
