With over 18 years of professional experience as a chef, I have developed a strong ability to manage all aspects of a galley with efficiency, creativity, and precision. My background includes previous experience working on board vessels, which has given me a clear understanding of life at sea, adaptability, and the high standards expected in a yachting environment.
I am highly organised and confident in managing provisioning, menu planning, and time-sensitive service, even under pressure. I take pride in delivering high-quality cuisine tailored to guests’ preferences, while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.  
Food safety and hygiene are among my strongest skills. I have solid expertise in USPH and HACCP standards, ensuring that the galley always operates in full compliance with regulations and best practices.
Whether working as a Head Chef leading a team or as a Sole Chef managing the galley independently, I bring professionalism, flexibility, and a strong work ethic to every role.
