My name is Celia. I am a qualified teacher / governess with a Master’s degree in Teaching and Education. I am fluent in both English and French (native speaker).
I am currently located in the south of France and willing to relocate. I have experience working as an English teacher in French middle schools, and as a teacher / governess for homeschooled children within a royal household.
These roles have enabled me to help children achieve their academic goals while fostering their personal development. I have worked with children ranging from kindergarten to middle school, incorporating the principles of gamification and differentiation into my teaching methods. Additionally, I have worked alongside students with special educational needs, developing a positive and inclusive environment.
I also organised the daily schedules of the children in my care (booking appointments and activities, ordering school supplies, playing with them, collecting them from school…), along with building a relationship based on trust with them.
I am a calm, discreet and creative person who enjoys drawing, painting and playing the guitar. I am confident that I can contribute positively to the well-being of the children in my care by creating a stimulating environment.
