A locally-based personal chef is required in a luxury villa in Roquebrune Cap Martin. 
It should be a candidate with a passion for food and cooking, able to cope with last minute changes. 
The kitchen is big and ½ professionally equipped. 
 The family consists of 5 people (rarely up to 5 guests), and the staff 12
Requirements :
• Good level of English
• With own transport
• Kindness
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Time management skills
• Must have attention to details, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. 
• Cuisines knowledge: French, Japanese, Asiatic, Italian, European, Indian, Vegetarian and Russian (optional). 
Duties :
• Conferring with clients to determine their meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions. 
• Preparing customized meal plans for clients based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs. 
• Shopping for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment. 
• Inspecting meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality. 
• Preparing meals in clients' kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations. 
• Cleaning and sanitising work areas before and after meal preparation. 
Compensation: €6, 000 - €8, 000 Negotiable, depends on experience
Schedule: Regular work, Full-time working day, Worked-linked 3 or 4 days / week with the other Chef. The role offers a Monegasque contract.
