A family is looking for a head housekeeper for a villa in Cap Martin.
The family provides with monegasque contract.
The household is strictly non-smoking.
REQUIREMENTS :
· French and English speaker
· Relevant experience, references
· Local candidates are considered, the family doesn't offer a relocation.
DUTIES :
• Full housekeeping duties including regular deep cleaning
• Leading and overseeing the work of the housekeeping team
• Maintaining the staff rota and ensure all shifts are covered
• Create time for yourself out of the shifts to carry out Head Housekeeping duties
• Staff holiday scheduling
• Regular property walkthroughs checking for issues or opportunities to improve standards
• Ensuring the housekeeping team are well-presented and wearing the correct uniform
• Creating and updating cleaning checklists
• Maintain cleaning calendar
• Monitoring standards of household cleanliness and carrying out regular daily checks
• Create and maintain household cleaning manuals.
• Monitor stock of household cleaning suppliers

COMPENSATION: Negotiable
SCHEDULE: Regular work, Full-time working day, Mon - Sat, 8 AM - 6 PM (6 days on, 1 day off)
